Biltmore Lifestyles Real Estate announces the formation of a brand new service aimed to satisfy the needs of the Biltmore Area vacation homeowner while he/she/they are not in residence: CONCIERGE CARE. This service will provide monthly or bi-monthly inspections of the property in order to check for lighting, electrical, plumbing, appliances including A/C units, plants, pool equipment, insect or rodent infestation, broken windows for golf course properties, even dead car batteries! CONCIERGE CARE will also arrange to have the home professional cleaned and will arrange for small repairs with permission of the owners, if necessary. The owners can call CONCIERGE CARE prior to their arrival to have groceries purchased, A/C or heaters/lights turned on in advance of their arrival.
